Vice chairman, born in June 1963. Graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, major in thermal engineering, doctor of engineering. Visiting scholar, Department of mechanical engineering and energy research, School of engineering, Cardiff University. Professor (doctoral tutor).
Since 1987, served as a teacher of Harbin Institute of Technology;
since 1999, served as deputy director of the Institute of Combustion
Engineering Harbin Institute of Technology; since 2002, in Beijing
Guodian dragon tech Environmental Engineering Technology Co Ltd
chairman, vice chairman, former chief engineer.
Social duties include: high technology research and development program
of Harbin Institute of Combustion Engineering Research Institute deputy
director, director of the National Engineering Laboratory, emissions of
pollutants from coal burning national Ministry of science and
Technology (863 Program) technology in the field of energy and clean
coal technology experts, Chinese theme Power Engineering Society member,
Specialized Committee China Boiler Engineering Thermophysics society
member, China combustion Specialized Committee renewable energy biomass
energy Specialized Committee International Committee, member of the
Institute of combustion.
The research areas include clean coal combustion, ultra-low emission of
coal smoke pollutants, CO2 emission reduction, energy saving and other
theoretical research, technological research and development and
technology transfer.
Honors and awards are National Technology Invention Prize two (2000),
Heilongjiang province science and Technology Progress Award (2000, 2009,
2014), third-prize Department of space science and technology progress
(1998), China Patent Award (2003), the national 27 invention patents, 18
utility model patents, published more than 140 papers. The SCI journals
included 32 papers, 74 papers indexed by EI.
